Initiation
Every control room renewal starts with understanding your operational challenges. In this phase, we assess the current situation, identify needs and define goals for the new environment. Outdated technology, inefficient workflows or poor communication often mark the starting point for improvement. Together, we determine what your next control room should achieve.
Definition & Design
In this phase, we translate functional needs into a concrete design. Through our Needs Analysis and CONPRO approach, we identify user requirements, risks and success factors early on. Our domain expertise and structured design process ensure every detail is optimized for performance, reliability and future scalability.
Before deployment, we conduct an Integrated Factory Acceptance Test (IFAT) together with the client, thoroughly verifying all systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Prior to delivery, we also perform a Network Storm Test and Latency Test to validate network stability, response times and overall system performance. After approval, the systems are prepared for seaworthy transport, a process we manage from start to finish to guarantee safe and compliant delivery.
Realization & Implementation
During realization, we turn the design into a fully operational control room. Using our CONPRO project management method, we minimize risks and ensure smooth delivery. With extensive experience in meeting strict safety requirements, we design and implement systems that meet the highest industry standards. All systems are ABS approved in both design and execution for remote control. Through tailored user training, operators are well prepared to work efficiently with new systems, ensuring that the envisioned benefits are fully achieved.
Operation & Maintenance
After implementation, we stay closely involved to safeguard long-term performance. With 24/7 support, lifecycle management and regular performance checks, we make sure your systems operate reliably at all times. Our ongoing commitment guarantees maximum uptime and 100% continuity in every critical process.
